Return Policy

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because each custom piece is handcrafted to your exact specifications, custom furniture orders are non-refundable once production begins.

• Cancellations: Orders canceled within 48 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours are subject to a 30% deposit fee to cover material and preparation costs.

• Returns & Store Credit: Returns on eligible non-customized pieces are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, minus return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

• Damaged Deliveries: If your item arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us at support@silveroakfurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can repair or replace the piece.
